Per-Olov Lindgren has extensive experience in senior management positions in leading Swedish and international companies, with responsibility for business finance including major industrial investments, major customer and supplier contracts, framework agreements, restructurings and many corporate acquisitions and divestments.

the world in the paper, mining and energy sector. He worked with Valmet-Mesto Corporation for 25 years in roles ranging from site manger to Vice President. Some of the multi billion-dollar projects where his responsibility and was built primarily for Procter and Gamble and other multinationals across the world where he was leading the engineering, construction and operational start-ups.

  • He has been leading several operational companies as CEO and President.
  • Participated in merger and acquisition, financing arrangements with banks and institutions.
  • Supported the establishment under Perini Business Group in Brazil’s largest business park

Göran Lundholm is Vice President for Construction and Factory Management, with responsibility for managing construction of the factory as well as development and operation of the business.

Göran has solid verified experience from our industry. In his career, he has built up and, as responsible manager, run and developed various operations within recycling. The companies where Göran held the roles of CEO and CEO are MTR System AB, Nordic Recycling AB and Hans Andersson Metal AB.

Göran was CEO of MRT System AB, manufacturer and supplier of machines for recycling mercury from various sources such as low energy lamps, fluorescent tubes and flat screens. MRT is a global company with over 300 installations on all continents, with a focus on the China and Europe markets.

As General Manager of Nordic Recycling AB, Göran ran and developed the company to become one of the world’s most modern recycling companies. As GM, he increased the incoming volumes from 1800 tons to around 3500 tons per year from Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Göran participated in several national and international projects.

As contact person for the Hans Andersson group, he led projects for research companies and organizations. Among these, CIT Recycling Development AB and the Competence Center for recycling at Chalmers can be mentioned, as well as various universities in Europe.

Tord Cederlund

Tord Cederlund has a background as an authorized accountant. He started one of the first private finance companies in Sweden. Tord has subsequently become involved as an investor and advisor in start-up companies in Sweden and internationally and is the initiator of SIC – Swedish Investors Club, Brussels and Stockholm. For 20 years he lived in Brussels, but is now back in Stockholm.
